The heating function is amazing. It heats up quickly and its C-shaped design seems good for neck pain relief. The heat temperature can be adjusted in 3 steps (blue, green, red), and the C-type cable needs to be kept connected at all times (not rechargeable). Even without using the massage function, the plastic doesn't feel uncomfortable on the neck, so it can be used as a pillow. I bought another one for my mother.

I wanted to buy a pillow that warms the neck at a Korean traditional medicine clinic, so I looked for it and bought it because it was cheap. It's very good value for money. The red light is too hot, but the medium level is just lukewarm and nice. It's a shame that it can't be washed.
